Presa Canario WIP

This guy is 5" tall and will eventually sit on a wooden base with a bite sleeve and other training toys.

I decided to go with a combination of Sculpey Firm and Super Sculpey this time. Usually I just go with the Super. There were a few frustrating points with the texture/consistency of the clay, but that was probably due to me trying to rush. Overall it's held the detail nicely and hasn't been as prone to pick up dents and mars when I'm being too rough with it.

He's had a few proportion changes since the pictures were taken. His legs were a bit too spindly for such a large dog!

This has about 9 hours in it so far. Tomorrow I'll get to the detail work.
